The hotel was gorgeous, had magnificent views and favourable location so close to subways and the World Trade Center and World Trade Center memorial and other sights. We booked a standard king room with an extremely comfy bed.

Stunning views from some rooms, easy access to transport, and a chilled water dispenser in the lobby kept us refreshed. the location was ideal for exploring the city with various subway stations nearby. the hotel provided a fitness center and a bar with outdoor seating, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Special shoutout to the housekeeping team who kept the room spotless and cozy. the bar and lounge area offered a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a few things that could be improved upon. the breakfast service could be more organized and offer a wider selection of foods to cater to all guests.

Awesome views of Ground Zero and One World Trade Center, convenient for exploring downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. The family room was spacious with comfy beds and a large bathroom. Shoutout to Marleen, the housekeeper, for keeping our room spotless! The breakfast situation was a bit chaotic with limited choices, but the staff made up for it, and we enjoyed our overall experience!

The view of Ground 0 and The One World Trade Center. We were on the 20th floor, very quiet room. The proximity of the City, Battery Park and Tribeca. The valet was adorable. What a pity I've forgotten his name.

No breakfast in the hotel. Fortunately, we discovered the Kayser pastry shop not far from the hotel. The light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out two days in a row, despite the fact that we informed the reception. When you book a room for 4 people and we only have products for 1 person. The minibar was too expensive. In many 4 and 5 star hotels, the minibar is now offered. To meditate...

The staff was super helpful and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. 🌿 The garden area was serene and a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. 😌 We had a minor issue with a few flies in the room, but we quickly sorted it out and it didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The bedroom fridge was full of drinks we didn't need. There was no room to put water in it. Plus, the hotel charged us $130 for bar charges we didn't ask for. We told them and they never reimbursed us. The staff were not smiling or welcoming.

They promptly provided us with an extra towel when we noticed one was missing in our room. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the subway station and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh linens.

During my recent stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to the event I was attending. the view from the room was great and I enjoyed the big open windows. One of the advantages of staying at this hotel was the spacious and quiet rooms, providing a comfortable environment to relax in.

Dislikes/Worst Aspects: There were several aspects of the hotel that left much to be desired.

The rooms at The Washington By Luxurban were super cozy, with amazing W beds and a cool MixBar. The walk-in shower was so refreshing, and the Bliss Spa bath amenities were a luxurious touch. The flat-screen TV had all the entertainment we needed.

The frosted glass wall in the shower was a bit too revealing for my liking.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Lower Manhattan and kayaking along the Hudson River Greenway. The location was perfect, and we could easily walk to cool restaurants and attractions.

It would have been awesome if the hotel had a rooftop bar or lounge for us to hang out and enjoy the city skyline after our fun adventures.

The barbeque joint near the hotel was off the charts - I'm still dreaming about those ribs! Views of the Freedom Tower were jaw-dropping. Kudos to the diligent housekeeping team for keeping things spick and span.

Hospitality was a bit meh - felt a vibe that I was interrupting a staff member's Netflix binge. However, the other crew member was as sweet as a cronut.
